The complex employs a caretaker who is very competent in all types of running repairs to the houses and the systems of the complex. He also acts as a security guard when properties are empty. He will also deliver bread, newspapers and collect rubbish each day.
All properties have full deeds and habitation certificates. The complex has drinking water purification and water softening, a grey water reclamation system for irrigation services and a high voltage electrical supply, which is distributed to each house at normal metered 220 volts AC.
